How to Order...

                            


  Firebird Silverworks has contracted with PayPal  to handle credit cards. Simply click the 'Add to Cart' button that is next to the item you wish to order. You will be taken to PayPal's secure site where you may complete your purchase.  For those designs which could be either a pin or a pendant, or those where you are given a choice of stones or sizes, you may indicate your preferences in a 'special instructions' box which is located on the order confirmation form. Money orders and cashier's checks are also accepted. Personal checks must clear first ( 7-10 days ) before orders will be sent out.  Postal mail address:

 Since each item is individually handcrafted by the artist alone, there is a certain amount of turn-around time. Although some items may be ready to ship immediately, in general, items are not made until the orders are received, so customers should expect to wait one to three weeks for their order. You may contact Firebird Silverworks to check on the immediate availability of a design, or get an update on the progress of your order. 

Refund Policy - If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund.
